A broad and hands-on finance role with direct exposure to senior management, where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key finance processes and contribute to building and improving the Group's finance function.

Are you a legal professional looking to build your career in the fast-moving world of iGaming and Sportsbook? We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Legal Assistant / Legal Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Head of Legal across a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and licensing matters.

This is a hands-on role with exposure to multiple jurisdictions, gaming regulation, commercial agreements, banking compliance, KYC/KYB, due diligence, and international corporate structures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining NDAs, service agreements, supplier contracts, marketing and affiliate agreements, and software licensing agreements.
  • Supporting the Head of Legal on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and licensing matters.
  • Managing the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, deadlines, and archiving.
  • Assisting with gaming licensing documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Supporting banking compliance, KYC, KYB, and due diligence procedures.
  • Coordinating with external lawyers and advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conducting legal research covering gaming regulation, corporate law, AML, data protection, advertising, and consumer protection.
  • Reviewing marketing campaigns, promotions, and commercial materials from a legal and regulatory perspective.
  • Supporting due diligence on vendors, partners, banking relationships, and corporate transactions.
  • Maintaining corporate documentation, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, statutory records, and corporate filings.
  • Tracking regulatory obligations, legal deadlines, contract renewals, and ongoing legal matters.
  • Working cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, HR, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of legal experience.

  • Exposure to gaming licensing and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and review skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ukrainian and/or Russian would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to work on much more than routine legal administration — gaining exposure to international iGaming operations, licensing, corporate structures, commercial negotiations, banking and compliance matters, and cross-border legal projects while working directly with senior stakeholders and the Head of Legal.

If you enjoy working in an environment where things move quickly, responsibilities are broad, and your work has a direct impact on the business, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

We are a fast-growing international group of companies operating in the Sportsbook and iGaming sector. As we prepare for significant growth across multiple markets, we are looking for a highly analytical, aggressive, and performance-driven Media Buyer to help scale our global player acquisition efforts.

This role is designed for proven iGaming media buyers. Candidates without direct Sportsbook, Casino, Betting, or iGaming acquisition experience will not be considered.

Role Overview

We are looking for an aggressive, highly analytical, and relentlessly performance-driven Media Buyer to scale player acquisition across our Sportsbook and Casino brands globally. This is not a maintenance role — we are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, moves fast, and treats acquisition as a revenue-generating function rather than a marketing activity.

You will own substantial acquisition budgets, launch and scale campaigns across multiple geographies, identify profitable traffic opportunities before competitors, and continuously push acquisition efficiency to new levels. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to profitably scale First Time Depositors (FTDs), reduce acquisition costs, improve player quality, and generate measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Growth

  • Own and scale paid acquisition activity across Sportsbook and Casino products in multiple international markets.
  • Relentlessly optimize campaigns to reduce CPA while increasing FTD volume and overall profitability.
  • Manage and deploy six-figure monthly acquisition budgets with full accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Identify budget inefficiencies and immediately reallocate spend towards higher-performing traffic sources.
  • Hunt, test, and exploit new traffic opportunities, emerging channels, and untapped markets before competitors establish a presence.
  • Build repeatable scaling frameworks capable of supporting aggressive growth targets.
  • React rapidly to market shifts, traffic volatility, platform restrictions, compliance changes, and competitive activity.
  • Work closely with creative teams to continuously test and improve creatives, offers, funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.

Budget Ownership & Commercial Performance

  • Own media budgets exceeding €100,000 per month, with the ability to efficiently scale spend while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Take full accountability for acquisition KPIs including CPA, FTDs, ROAS, NGR, LTV, Retention, and overall player profitability.
  • Forecast spend, traffic volume, conversion performance, and acquisition outcomes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Partner closely with BI and CRM teams to maximize player value beyond initial acquisition.
  • Prepare executive-level performance reporting and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Data, Analytics & Technology

  • Work closely with BI and Data teams to leverage predictive analytics, attribution modelling, and player behaviour insights.
  • Utilize real-time performance data to make rapid optimization decisions.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of tracking frameworks, attribution systems, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven optimization, bidding, and audience segmentation tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with CRM teams to maximize retention, player value, and lifecycle profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve conversion rates and player experience throughout the acquisition journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance and Legal teams to unlock scalable acquisition opportunities, balancing commercial ambition with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Affiliate, SEO, and Content teams to maximize overall acquisition performance.

Requirements — Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on media buying experience within Sportsbook, Online Casino, Betting, or iGaming environments.
  • Proven experience managing six-figure monthly acquisition budgets.
  • Demonstrated success scaling profitable player acquisition campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Deep understanding of both regulated and offshore gaming markets.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X/Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Knowledge and experience in App advertising using AppsFlyer or other MMP.
  • Strong knowledge of the challenges associated with iGaming acquisition, including platform restrictions, account bans, compliance limitations, attribution complexities, and payment conversion friction.
  • Advanced understanding of DSP ecosystems, programmatic buying, native advertising, and performance acquisition channels.
  • Strong command of acquisition metrics including CPA, FTD, ROAS, NGR, LTV, Retention, and Player Value.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, advanced Excel and reporting capabilities, fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience acquiring players across Asian markets.
  • Experience managing campaigns targeting Turkey.
  • Experience launching acquisition campaigns in newly regulated markets.
  • Experience with AI-powered bidding, optimization, and audience segmentation tools.
  • Additional language skills relevant to international expansion markets.
